This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited(“we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you use DecorAI — the AI Interior Design App — and visit decorai.me. By using DecorAI or this website, you agree to the practices described below.

  • Generate the AI room redesigns you request from your photos

4. Third-party services we rely on

DecorAI uses trusted third-party providers to deliver the app. These providers act as processors under our instructions and each has its own privacy practices:

  • RevenueCat — subscription billing, entitlement management and receipt validation.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, remote configuration and app analytics.
  • Google AdMob — in-app advertising where applicable.
  • OpenAI — AI processing to generate parts of the room redesign experience.
  • Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and AI services powering DecorAI.
  • Replicate — hosted AI models used to render interior design concepts.
  • Fal.ai — additional AI inference for realistic room concepts.
  • Google Analytics — website and in-app usage analytics.
  • Meta Pixel — website analytics and advertising measurement for campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance and traffic analytics for the website.

5. How we handle your room photos

Room photos you upload are processed to generate AI interior design concepts. Photos may be transmitted to and processed by our AI providers (including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai) for the sole purpose of producing your redesigns. We do not sell your photos and do not use them to train public or third-party models.

6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

  • Contract — to deliver the DecorAI service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests — to improve the app, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
  • Consent — for optional analytics, marketing and advertising cookies.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

7. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can delete your account from inside the app, which removes your personal data subject to limited legal and accounting retention periods.

Because our providers operate globally, your information may be transferred to countries outside your own. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
