Terms of Service

Welcome to DecorAI — the AI Interior Design App. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited(“DecorAI”, “we”, “our” or “us”) that governs your use of our mobile app and the website at decorai.me.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing or using DecorAI, or by accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DecorAI.

2. Who can use DecorAI

DecorAI is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use DecorAI with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. The service

DecorAI allows you to upload a photo of a room and generate AI-rendered interior design concepts. Results are AI-generated visual suggestions. They are intended as inspiration, not as architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing or construction advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit to DecorAI (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and process Your Content solely to provide the service — for example, to run AI models and return the redesign you asked for.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

5. AI-generated output

Subject to these Terms and your continued compliance with them, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the AI-generated redesigns produced from Your Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

DecorAI uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai). Outputs are produced by statistical models and may occasionally be inaccurate or unrealistic. You are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them.

6. Subscriptions, purchases and refunds

DecorAI offers free features and optional paid subscriptions processed through Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

7. Advertising

DecorAI may show in-app advertising via Google AdMob. Some ads may be personalised based on your device and usage, subject to your consent where required.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not upload images containing other people without their consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
• Do not use DecorAI to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not use DecorAI to build a competing product.

9. Intellectual property

DecorAI, the DecorAI name and logo, and all related software, designs and content are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

10. Third-party services

DecorAI relies on third-party services to deliver the app, including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Your use of the app is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.

11. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of DecorAI.

13. Termination

You may stop using DecorAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Courts located in Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where otherwise required by local law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or on this website. Your continued use of DecorAI after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
